Our Values
Capstone Financial was founded in 2020 to provide clear, dynamic, and customizable financial analysis to business owners, brokers, and real estate developers to assist them in making informed investment decisions. Since inception, Capstone Financial has underwritten over $1B of real estate transactions and evaluated several businesses operations and target acquisitions.

OUR TEAM
Jessy Gendelman
Founder and Principal
Prior to founding Capstone Financial, Jessy worked on the Project Finance and Consulting team within CohnReznick’s Real Estate and Energy group. His focus was structuring and modeling real estate and energy developments as they pertain to the tax credit programs in the United States (HTC, LIHTC, NMTC, ITC, and PTC). Jessy structured over $2B of real estate and energy developments during his time with CohnReznick.
Jessy began his investment career at a young age with the purchase of his first stock. Since then, he has underwritten and advised on over $1.2B of market rate industrial, multifamily, single-family, self-storage, and alternative asset transactions.
Jessy graduated from the University of South Carolina with a double major in International Business and Finance, and a minor in Arabic and Islamic Studies.
